Looks nice. But from a usability point of view, the navigation is too obscure, i.e. it isn't obvious what the links are (unlesss there will be some tooltip).

Cheers for the feedback Simon, I have had similar feedback on the Nav. Been mentioned the lightblub and megaphone are not obvious for the section it represents so will address that. Tooltips are a good shout
