   Looks nice... like the padding on the inputs, though I feel like the labels should be a little closer to their respective inputs.

   Admittedly I don't know what your use of drop shadows are on the rest of the site, but the drop shadow on the buttons looks a little out of place.

   Overall very nice, though! Love the frame border,. too!

   @Ted you can't see it in this small of a snap, but the labels are aligned to a grid that the rest of the site follows. So it might looks a little off here... :D

   I'm not too sure about the drop shadows either. I was sort of at a loss of how to make them. I'll try to rework them.
