Only comment would be to nudge up the "Nearby, way over there..." its just below the baseline of "Location?"

Seems odd that the Twitter button is semi-transparent.

I agree with @Scott... where you have both Social Media icons there, it looks as if you're trying to emphasize FB and not Twitter. I think it would look good if both were transparent, or both not, but both should be similar in fashion
maybe you could have them transparent, and then full color as you hover over it.

Hmm, if "Two tickets to Pittsburgh" is user-entered then I think it looks too much like "Location?" which I'm assuming is label text.
I'd stick with one color for user-entered and one for labels. That will make it easier to see what's been filled out and what hasn't. :)
