    Actually it's not thin by any means. This is a 75% of the original size. You may feel it's thin because the actual canvas width is 1440px while the content width is 940px. I tend to use a 1280px canvas in most cases.

    I love the transition from the light background to the dark background at the top and also the pattern on the dark background. These two details caught my eye immediately.
