Final brand assets for Chapel Creek Cottages — a Clay Development Partners project that utilizes the pocket neighborhood model of home building to foster neighborly interaction and build a sense of community.

The CCC brand mark is inspired by active community engagement and a sense of movement toward a central meeting place. Comprised of organic shapes that all point inward, the mark is friendly and fluid and the surrounding negative space feels activating and inviting.
