Dvorul grotesque
The Dvorul Grotesk typeface is inspired by homemade yard constructions and street typography.
The brutal, illogical forms illustrate the chaotic and rough image of the problems of public spaces in some post-Soviet regions.
The typeface was commissioned by the urbanist project Dvorulica. The project proposed architectural solutions for the development of public spaces in the courtyards of typified modernist buildings.
