SeatlabNFT - Next-Generation NFT Ticketing Technology

Event ticketing app design

SeatlabNFT aims to be a global blockchain-powered events powerhouse by solving some of the fundamental issues facing the booming ticketing sector and making ticketing fairer for fans and more profitable for event organisers. Professional ticket touts and fraudsters are abusing the system and plaguing the entertainment industry; SeatlabNFT is building a suite of tools to end this.

The rise of blockchain technology has brought about a new era in the event ticketing industry, with the advent of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) being used as event tickets. With NFT ticketing, event organisers can put an end to scalping, counterfeiting, and ticket fraud. NFTs offer a secure and transparent solution that makes it possible to verify the authenticity of a ticket in real time; they also provide the possibility of enhancing the experience of attending live events via supplementary digital collectables and airdrops.

We helped SeatlabNFT pioneer this new approach using Web3 technology by ensuring that the UX transition from legacy Web2 platforms was as seamless as possible for the end user.

A User-Friendly Web3 Seller Dashboard

Without event organisers selling tickets via SeatlabNFT, there would be no reason for users to adopt this new technology, no matter how revolutionary the product is.

That’s why we focused on developing an intuitive and user-friendly seller dashboard to ensure the onboarding and event listing process was as frictionless as possible. We streamlined the journey and hid the complexities of using blockchain technology in the background to reduce the learning curve and promote mass adoption.

An Intuitive Feature-Rich Ticketing App

As a user experience-focused development agency, we relished the opportunity to work with SeatlabNFT to develop their cutting-edge mobile app. Our team was responsible for developing the app’s user interface, making sure that it is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and intuitive.

Our goal was to inspire a new level of convenience and security in the ticketing process, so as the app was the first product SeatlabNFT released, it needed to reflect this. The app leverages blockchain technology to bring transparency and security to the ticketing process without complicating things for the end user. We ensured that the UI showcases these features in a way that is accessible to all while blockchain elements, such as wallet generation, are handled in the background.

A Never-Before-Seen Airdrop Portal

Airdrops are a valuable tool in the world of NFT ticketing that offer a range of benefits to both event organisers and fans. They are a great way to generate buzz and increase engagement by providing the chance for fans to be rewarded with rare and collectable digital memorabilia as well as utility NFTs that unlock exclusive benefits and perks. They can also help event organisers generate new revenue streams by offering fans the opportunity to purchase additional NFTs or access exclusive experiences.

We made it effortless for sellers to create both collectable and utility NFTs and airdrop them directly to ticket holders’ wallets from within the seller dashboard in just a few simple clicks.

A Seamless Buying Experience

The SeatlabNFT mobile app and online marketplace work in tandem to ensure the buying process remains fluid for users. We wanted the UX to stay consistent across all platforms and all devices, so we invested a considerable amount of time in mapping out the user journey and optimising it at every step.

From browsing events to checkout, the entire process was optimised to improve click-through rates, helping customers get from A to B without any roadblocks.
