I think the paper mouth (where the paper is coming from) should be a little darker, like it's really a hole, not just an indent.

And also: the tear-off line on the top makes it look like the paper is very finely perforated, while the tear-off on the bottom suggest wider perforations.

As for the rest: looks really great. Original way to display it and I haven't seen it before.

Haha, I was waiting for someone to spot that. When I was preparing this shot for Dribble I was like “Hmm, waith a minute... Oh well, never mind.” Also, I thought that top bit should be darker too, but this has already been send to the client. :)

I am glad people here notice those details.

As I said in the introduction, we have all done this. An receipt as an interface asset is hardly original. Check this: http://dribbble.com/search?q=receipt&x=0&y=0 I think mine does not like like yours at al. :)
