Hamburger Menu Re-design

The objective/brief was to streamline the hamburger menu, ensuring its increased capacity to feature more options and access points in a scalable manner for the doctor side of the app.

The hamburger menu should present the doctor with a clear and uncluttered interface for accessing multiple entry points with ease
