Italian Bruschetta Food Type

My second installment in my Bagelli series bids hello to bruschetta (or goodbye depending on the context). I was asked to create food type for three quarters of this greeting out of toasted bread and tomatoes, the final letter reserved for the bagel. The challenge again was to make the work feel finished with the obvious addition of the bagel.
