ANTROPOCENE ROMANTICO

This research investigates the complicated relationship between man and nature, contextualized in the Anthropocene era. In particular, the relationship to scale is considered: man so small, nature so majestic. The charm of the sublime, the difference in scale and the limit are themes already mentioned in Romanticism. The project, therefore, attempts to explore an aspect of the man / nature binomial that is not visible, due to man's blindness, but also of natural processes that are biologically longer than individual life.
