Responsive Community Health

Carter conducted user interviews, content audit, and analytics analysis to determine the project direction. Findings revealed key services were buried at the same level as those less frequently sourced, a myriad of under utilised content, and unrewarding user behaviour with high drop offs. The data gained from the preliminary stages determined our key recommendation: dramatically reduced content leading to a simpler architecture and shortened pathways to key services.
