Branding & Layout for productivity journal.

Journeyli is a Copenhagen-based startup on a mission to bring more clarity and productivity into the lives of entrepreneurs and high performers through journaling. Only at 20, the founder himself is a powerhouse in his own right – a brilliant entrepreneur, skilled BJJ fighter, and the most driven young man I have ever met. By far the youngest entrepreneur I have had the pleasure of working with.

Being of Danish origin, the Journeyli brand and identity had to look elegant and minimalist as any premium Scandinavian brand. The final concept that the Founder settled upon was very simple and yet impactful with its double-meaning brand mark, combining the bookmark and peak symbols in an elegant and memorable way. 

The Journeyli journal helps you bring more structure to your daily schedule through the use of short-term and long-term goal setting, morning and evening routines as well as sleep, mood, energy, and focus bars to keep track of your energy levels and performance. 

The layout that I created for the different sections in the Journal had very little chaff. Since the product had to appeal to busy individuals and inspire focus, we focused only on what is essential – clean typography, very few icons in the right places, greyscale color scheme, and lots of room to write down notes and journal.
