Bitfire

About the project

It is an internal, multilevel-user dashboard for a leading cryptocurrency trading app Bitfire.

The Internal User Dashboard

As the userbase grew, the number of Masters, Admins & Super Admins on the platform grew as well. Each entity had a set number of user base under them manage. Now, the company did not have an internal portal to manage this.

Hence, we decided to build the entire portal from the ground up.

Statistics Dashboard

The first thing on the list was to create a statistics dashboard that would give insights about the daily transactions done throughout the app and the tally of amount at the end of a 24hr cycle.

  • On the left, we have tabs that take us to the various pages of the portal.

  • Next, we have a general overview section that has the top 5 metrics that an admin often is keeping track of.

  • Included a filter since the information can be viewed for a week, month, or lifetime and also based on your level of seniority.

I also introduced firecoins, internal currency to manage the balance sheet.

From the UI point of view, I wanted to keep the dashboard very clean and easy to navigate. Highlighting the few main actions that can be taken. For e.g., adding firecoins has a prominent orange CTA.

Active accounts are highlighted by green and inactive by red.

The color palette & typography is in tandem with that of the app itself so the stakeholders feel a sense of continuity and relatedness within the dashboard.
