I see plenty of pro-Obama designs on here that don't get flagged and removed. If pro-Obama people to take offense to this, it just illustrates their intolerance for anyone who disagrees with them.
You mean he isn't out yet? He's been on vacation seeing the sites more than he's been in the white house. It's almost sad when a crisis comes up and we have to interrupt his fun time.
..Sorry, had to comment: people posting pro-obama-pieces does not mean you have to post anti-obama-pieces.. Wouldn't it be more constructive if you'd post pro-(other-guy-that's-running)-pieces? Go wild and create the same hype Obama had when he was running! Or is that just me?
@Michiel He said it was just for fun, no need to get offended. I, for one, think it's pretty funny even though there's a good chance I'll be voting for Obama come 2012.
Seen from the outside, the two-party american political system is really weird… It seems like you guys always end up voting against the candidate you don't like, instead of voting for the candidate you believe in…
@jerret Not to make a big deal of this, but you should probably educate yourself. This article paints a great picture of what the President juggles. http://www.slate.com/id/2292754/
You really can’t have any clue what any president, R or D goes through unless you live it.
This kind of stuff really gets to me. It seems that the entire GOP campaign for 2012 is based on blaming everything on Obama, not highlighting the merits of their own candidates at all. Plus, if you want to go that route, Obama has done plenty so far, especially given the complete mess that was left for him by Bush, and the GOP's utter refusal to negotiate on any issues at all.
What did you expect from posting a political statement on Dribbble?
@Sacha, I believe almost every country has a two party system: Winners and losers. But here is the best interpretation for an outsider:
"Losers have thousands of religions, often of the bleeding heart variety. The single religion of the Winners is a harsh interpretation of Darwinism, which argues that it is the will of the universe that only the fittest should survive. The most pitiless Darwinists are attracted to the Republican party."
You people whine about everything... why don't you just let someone practice their first amendment right and leave them alone. If you don't like what's being said, get over it and move along. It's so funny... you guy's want everyone and everything to be nice and fair, and liberal and understanding but the second someone disagrees with you their either racist or stupid. Guess what, complaining about a 400x300px image which can't hurt you is about the dumbest thing I've seen in a while. No wonder you people can't get anything worth while done, you spend all your time bitching about stupid stuff while ignoring the largest most glaring problems. It would make me mad but I think it's just more sad than anything.
@Joshua So, in order to let Andy practice freedom of speech/expression, everyone must shut up? That makes tons of sense.
We're creatives here. Our job is to be socially and politically aware for those who can't be. We are the canaries in the coal mine of society. I admire Andy for posting something unpopular in the creative community. It takes real guts to not only say, but create for what you believe. But to post something politically charged and expect no negative responses is stupid. And you telling everyone to shut up in order to "respect" the first amendment is one of the stupidest and most ignorant things I've ever heard. And that's saying something, because I live in Texas.
At no time did I say everyone must shut up. I just said that if it bothers them so much, why not just move along. Why start a fight? No good reason to. Whining about someone else's political views is stupid. I was mostly pointing out that it's a waste of time and sad.
I will say that with the obvious issues some people have with reading comprehension, it's no wonder Obama is getting away (or even support) for 99% of the crap he's doing. I had a hard time figuring out how he could commit treason so many times without everyone freaking out. Now I know it's because most probably either haven't read the US Constitution, or can't understand the English it was written in...

Just having fun with the idea of the upcoming 2012 election. Based on an amateur window sticker seen on a truck. Relief is on the way.

I sure hope it doesn't get removed.

I am with you though - It's time for him to GTFO.

FANTASTIC....Andy, you should make these into vinyl (not bumper) stickers and sell via cafepress or something. Consider two sold already

Thanks Amber. Nice thought, but this is not based on my own original idea. It's a riff on something I saw today. Just fun. :)
