Love everything save for the very top left with the three buttons. I think a little extra padding there and removing the line below them would help simplify things quite a bit while maintaining it's crisp look.
Very nice.
But please make the header bar look leopard-style (I don’t mean the menu bar - just the bar with the close/max/minimize buttons which look like Tiger). :)
Those are from an aperture screenshot, as the dev team is going for a pro tools look. Not sure if I can adjust those. Sounds like one of those thing developers just love about us... "he wants us to create custom views for the close|min|max buttons" haha.

The top corner radius is what bothers me. A sharper 5px would look more native. Anytime people make it more rounded, it looks un-professional to me.
Otherwise, very smooth! The darker area almost looks like felt.

You're right the radius on aperture (where the chrome came from) is larger than your typical native app. I'll ask the dev team about that.

Heh, getting the impression you're a 40K fan. This is looking really crisp. What does the iPhone-style slider with a star do?

Ah was doing a dark address bar, so the star is to favorite the address.
I am a HUGE 40k fan.
