I love this, though am a little curious as to why the Email is right aligned. Will that mean that you only have the space to the right to fill in your details or will the email and password text disappear when you are filling in information?
First of all, this looks absolutely great. I also thought it was the official app.
Secondly, I'm going to agree with the crowd and say, by convention, people expect it to be left-aligned, then fade on focus, and disappear when text has been placed in there. However, that is your final say.
I'm wondering why you decided to go with a black metallic look, instead of using the navy blue Tumblr is known for? Not that I think this looks bad, I was just curious.
@Connor, Thanks. As I said before I tried both, and went with the one that looked better to me; which would perform better in actual practice, I couldn't say without testing. Tumblr's iPhone app (I don't know whether you've used the first), had a very metallic feel, so inspired by this, I took my own approach to this. :)

Capital T for the Tumblr on the signup link; its a proper noun!
Design-wise, it's very pretty. I thought it was the official app.

I'm agreeing with Aaron here: the Email and Password should both be fully left-aligned, and disappear when text is being entered/is entered.

@SeƱor Idoit, Grammar nazi away /(*.*)/
(and thanks, being mistaken for the real deal is always good, I guess :))
@Aaron, Actual details are typed to the right of the titles (they don't disappear)
@Jamie, Tried that, preferred this way, looks far tidier, in my opinion.

I love it. I think the titles for both text fields should be left-aligned, and should not disappear as user fill information.
