This is the UI for adding projects to galleries in your ProSite. All of your projects appear in a list - to add them to a gallery simply drag them down. The green dot on the projects in the list indicates that they are present in a gallery.
The green highlight indicates the project is eligible to be added to the gallery - if the project already exists in the gallery the highlight turns red.
