   I like that the URL goes to the person's bio page and not just the home page. Seems to tie in nicely to the efforts of making the site personality-driven.

   I agree with Maria and Shane. My only slight crit is that when I looked at the URL & e-mail address, upon first glance they almost seemed like one in the same, as if the URL had to be on two lines for some reason, it took me a moment to sort it out. Not detrimental to the design, but just a note.
