    Matthew, this is a great way to keep track of things! I try doing it for every large project I work on and suggest everyone do the same.

    I started creating these back at Fantasy Interactive and we called it "Stylesheets". Silly name I know, but it was a big help. This was my largest one to date.

    Looks like a hybrid page. All the elements you don't have budget to do full-mockups of. I'm sure you've worked on those before for F1. ;) They are huge.. Last one I did was 5000px tall, it was painful to open.

    I usually just have 5/6 Illustrator files for each revision, unless they're minor revisions; then I'd just move the element next to the art board en replace it with the changed one.
