This should be close to final artwork now. Took some of the previous comments to heart, such as looking at fonts and also cleaning up the vector work in the apple and 'Eve'.
If you still feel aspects look 'odd/wrong' please let me know, I am VERY open to thoughts and views. :)
So have used a slightly heavier font, previous was too thin and open when sat next to the heavy Apple. The ampersand is a 'custom' tweak. Also raised the wording up from the Apples baseline for possible tag line.
Have tweaked the shape of the Apple, less pronounced curves top and bottom, to further move away from 'Apple Inc' logo. The human form has also been tweaked, neck, breasts and legs. Slight repositioning of the leaves as well.

Chris : Client will be printing on some tasty luxurious stock and will be printing in a green ink of sorts, details yet to be confirmed.
The problem is, green seems to lessen the impact of the logo quite considerably, so the right hue is important.

Way better, congrats! The heavier font balances it out.

Graham, awesome work brother! Glad I drafted ya! Keep knockin' it out.
Oh...and one last thing. I'm sure it's totally cool, but that Trajan ampersand always has bothered me. It looks like a spear — not feminine.

Beautiful. I would love to see the woman figure as the ampersand too. Of course that'd be a bit redundant. But it would work as a separate treatment.

Aran : the font is Spira Bold, and the ampersand is Trajan, but have since changed it from trajan.
dasha : Thank you, took some time to get this one just right, but very pleased with the end result.

Apple & Eve Colour Logo

This final version shows the logo in colour, with an example of the paper stock that the stationery will be printed on etc.
Thanks to @RogieKing for basically telling me my previous choice of ampersand 'sucked', we now have a nice new ampersand based on Meno Bold. :)
