Education Conversation User Interface (CUI)

This CUI was designed as part of the 14 days daily conversation design challenge organized by Ryan, Hillary, & the UXWC team.

Day 13: Failure Message/Catch All

The goal of this challenge is to try to get the conversation back on track after failing to understand the user input.

Thought process:

1st Round: The virtual assistant informs the user that she doesn't understand but gives details about what kind of questions she can answer.

2nd Round: The assistant asks the user to rephrase (not giving up just yet).

3rd Round: The assistant gives up and asks the user if they'd like to connect with a real person.

All done without sounding too apologetic or rude.
