Activation Foundation
The Activation Foundation was founded in 1990, offering a model of cooperation between employers offering employment and people with disabilities. Their goal is to make independent and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities through integrated activating activities, changing the attitudes of the environment and the use of information and communication technologies.

Problem definition
How can we help the Activation Foundation in building a community based on the cooperation of two environments, employers and people with disabilities looking for a job, and thus create the structure and tools needed to reach their target group and effectively combine these two groups of people?
What is the foundation's main value proposition and what services do they offer?
How can they best communicate their offer to employers and people with disabilities?
Project goals
1. Modernization of the existing website. The Foundation had a functioning website, but it did not fulfill all the necessary functions. The main task of the project was to create a new structure of information based on research conducted with users.
2. Creation of tools. The Foundation provides assistance in connecting employers and people with disabilities who are looking for a job. For this purpose, it offers a database of job offers and helps in building a CV. For the purposes of this project, we took care of building two tools: an offer search engine and a CV creator.
3. Creating a fully accessible digital product. Design and implementation of the foundation's new website in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 criteria, so that the website is fully accessible to all audiences.
