Holy shit! This is uh-mazing!
haha... are you serious??
Brilliant work - well done ;)
thank you julian - this is what i thought first!
@Ramation: is this icon for commercial purposes?
Thanks for comments!
@KonstantinDatz this icon designed just for dribbble community and not for commercial purposes
Both are amazing boxing gloves, but I do really like the shiny of this one quite a bit :)
I like this shot because dribbble should be a place for competition and learning at teh same time :P
And it's like they said this is how they see it, nothin wrong with dat :)
Speechless - and i like the fact that Ramotion did their own version.why not!?
What the ...... :O
It's too awesome, I refuse to believe that!
Incredible execution. Although a large amount of the credit should go to the original version, the idea for the glove is great.
omg. awesome stuff! don't you wanna share the worflow, how you made that?:) Is it 3D or hardcore layer hacking? Btw very big congrat!
@Luke Ritchie: because it shows respect if you ask before you rebuilt some icon that is in appstore - or at least make a rebound …
@Konstantin sure it shows respect, but if its just for fun then there's no problem, legally. Yea, a rebound would've been more respectful..but no body owns the idea of a boxing glove icon..anyone can make their own. I understand why your not impressed tho. If anything, it's actually a compliment to you ;)
Konstantin » So what about all those freeware icons of apps that are out there? Should we all delete them now?
Seems like Konstantin being slightly jealous :D
Hope this doesn't turn into a Hein M. thread :c
It was inappropriate to publish without a prior private notice to Konstantin.
Luke, this specific display, rendering and style of a boxing glove icon does belong to Konstantin and/or the client.
I understand Konstantin's point of view, but isn't this the same as all those MSN, OSX, Windows, etc freeware icons out there? :) They're both great though :)
Maybe a rebound or a link to the original would've been the appropriate thing to do, but he's not using it for anything other than a little Dribbble shot :) It's not even available as a freeware downloadable icon :)
Holy F*ck! 0_0
But I agree with some of the comments here.
This is super dope, but yeah, what's the purpose of recreation?
Easy, easy -- This is a community that thrives for bettering each other in every aspect, there is no reason for anyone to be upset if anything its a compliment. Konstantin`s original glove was amazing and Ramotion attempted to take the same concept and develop his own version for personal benefit not a commercial one.
Yes a rebound is something that would have been nice I agree with that. However a `prior notice` is a bit much don`t you think?
Now I encourage everyone to check out this short series http://www.everythingisaremix.info/ its fantastic.
