    With out much else for context it's hard to choose. I really liked the feel of the "Women's Conference" text being a inset but understand why you moved away from that for the more yellow version. I personally like the feeling I get from the yellow version more then this version. The darker colors feel colder and, well, dark. The yellow seems lively and energetic without being obnoxious :)
