Beautiful composition... the colors, the arrangement... perfect.
IMHO I'd make the slices of bread a little thinner. Not by much though, because it won't look good on smaller sizes.

This looks amazing. I have on quibble though. With the light source coming down from the top, there should be some significant shadowing on the back surface being casted from the top of the wood overhang.
