yikes the IA on that seems complex, I worry that you are repeating information e.g. you have API as a heading and a selected option, "miscellaneous" as a secondary heading and a selected option (can I select more than one in this menu?) also as a third option "all miscellaneous"
basically I just don't think you need miscellaneous as a subheading, even though it looks sexy on that blue ribbon.
Andy, in this particular instance, it seems overbearing. But when a section much lower is selected (only one at a time) and a sub menu is showing, the multiple labels help connect the information in a clear way.... I think :) I will def revisit it before launch based on your comments. Thank you!
