   That drop shadow on the txt is a tad big for ma taste, diggin the rest :)

   I don't think overlaying the icon on the download button works too well. When not focusing on the details, the icon turns into this gray blotch that intrudes into the text area and forces away from this visual ambiguity. Perhaps put the icon on the background, sticking out from behind the button to its left?

   Great overall style though, no doubts there.

   The arrow 'neck' looks a little skinny, and overlaying the icon like that makes it look a little crammed as well. Love the subtle style though!
