@Rogie - Thanks!
@Jad - The D and the S are fun to play with. But sometimes the "O" in SIMON makes for some odd-looking kerning.
@Pat - Do what Rogie said. Mirror it, cut off the bottom D, boom. Done. :)
@Jonah - Very well could have seen it before. That's the one thing that I was hesitant about when I hit on this solution. I was also trying to avoid something that looked like @stop's logo.
Dude, it's great! I love that it looks like DSD and DS and it looks like a link icon. In fact, I might round off the top left one and see if it brings that link-metaphor more into the picture. Either way, it rockzors.
By the way, Dave, you have no idea how much time I've spent trying to make a logo as good as this for myself. JG simply cannot be made into anything other than my current logo.

Fiddling around with a new symbol for a new site design I'll have time to work on soon. Considering pairing it with a slab serif for my full name.

Nice play on the D and S. I wish I had cool initials like that.

If you want to figure out a way to get P and D to look this sexy together, I'm all ears! This looks fantastic.

Love it, but I can swear I've seen something really similar before...

Wait, Jonah, where did you see the similar one? Perhaps it's just familiar enough to provide some recognition.

Hehe... maybe the familiarity rubbed off, but look about 200 px to the right of the top of the circle in the shot.
Edit: I do like the "link" icon nature of it, considering what I do for a living.

@Rogie If I could only get it in unicode format so I could mess up Dribbble's layout.

@Dave and @Rogie: Found the logo I thought it looked similar to (Daniel Oliver's logo on his site)
