the only thing, (and don't take my opinion for anything more than a grain of salt) but it seems that if it's 3 columns, that the left column and the right column aren't very balanced. with to me just throws it off a little..
It looks awesome man. You have an impeccable eye. The questions I have are with the "Find a Doctor" and "Maps/Directions" modules. Assuming prospective patients would be the main demographic visiting the site, how likely is it that they'll know what doctor name to search for? It seems like browsing doctors by specialty may be more useful, but correct me if I'm just not understanding the client's goals.
The Maps/Directions module was misleading to me because its purpose is obviously to locate the VUMC, but it's asking me to enter my destination. Shouldn't it be asking me where I'm coming from instead of where I'm going?
We've changed some of the wording since this comp, but the Doctors and Locations pages have browsing functionality. This was just a way for someone to skip a step if they already know who/what their looking for. Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, the left nav bar is fixed so it scrolls down with the page, plus I didn't want to take up too much "real estate" with the nav.
