Nice first shot! I really like the textures behind the headline "Chart with container"and the dashed line is a really nice touch, two suggestions.
#1 You have a lot of space above the navigation ( Dashboard, inbox, colors ) and the "your admin" title it have you thought of tightening that up a little?
#2 The color palette icon, could use a little pushing, the circles get a little lost and blurry.
But great debut, I really like the colors, texture and simplicity. :)

I don't actually think that the dashed line/seem fits though. Why is it there?

@Christopher thanks, I will try to fix spacing issues.
@Michael, having only the first border made it look blurry so I had to add some sort of separator.

Have you tried getting rid of that whole second bit of blue? Could it not just end at the line?
