09. Rise - Divtober 2022

#Divtober is a challenge, through October, to make CSS Art with the restriction of only using one <div> tag for all the HTML.

For day nine, the topic was "rise." This concept has to scale way back cause I could not wrangle perspectives as I had hoped yet, but I was happy with the aesthetic and the angle.
