Quick Win: What To Do and What NOT To Do

We don’t know about you, but nothing irks a user more than not knowing what the problem is when there is one!

Let’s look at frame 1. The user is notified with one word: Error. But where though? 🤷‍♂️The user will find themselves retyping their email address or retyping their password, or both, or trying the other… or just giving up- wouldn’t you?

The User Experience is already kinda distasteful🤦‍♀️

Now let’s look at frame 2. *Sigh of Relief* 😌 yes I got it wrong but at least I know what I got wrong!

The user can quickly fix their error and move on. Good User Experience!
