Messaging Application design

My friend reached out to me requesting a training session on how best to use padding, margin and auto layout in Figma, so we quickly hopped on a google meeting call. I redesigned his previously designed Messaging app, adding corner radiuses, redesigning the buttons and creating some cool interactions that could enhance the User experience generally. This was the end result and it took me an estimated 40minutes to come up with this beautiful design.
