The Client
CMC Technology Group is the second largest information technology - telecommunications corporation in Vietnam.
Established in 1993, CMC has affirmed its position in the market of Vietnam and many countries around the world through key business activities in 3 blocks: Technology & Solution, Global Business, Telecommunications.
The Problem
TMRW worked with CMC Security's direct project team, conducting detailed meetings to better understand and find the problems the company is facing.
Since then, TMRW found vulnerabilities in CMC Dashboard including:
Inferior Information Structure: The structure of Userflow, Layout and Information hierarchy is substandard.
Unsynchronized Design: Colors, Fonts, Iconography and Illustrations do not follow a fixed style.
The old system does not show the map in real time and slow server response time
Unstreamlined Interface on Mobile
The Solution
After carefully considering the problems being faced and determining the right goals, we begin to find possible solutions and we have focused on improving the following two main parts:
Improving User Experience: TMRW has reorganizationed the information structure, designed a wireframe system, content separation layouts and a new product's style guideline with the most important goal of improving the user experience. TMRW also added some animation elements in Dashboard to help users understand and approach the problem easily.
Optimizing Mobile Platforms: TMRW has optimized the experience on diverse platforms, especially on mobile devices.

Use different graphs suitable for each statistic
The Result
TMRW has Renovated the entire interface of CMC Cyber Security Dashboard & Report System to become more intuitive and vivid, bringing a new experience to users by rearranging and systemizing old features to be reasonable.
