I think you might be better naming the Steps rather than having "Step One", "Step Two" etc - not only is that a bit redundant with the circled numbers but also users like to know what to expect when they are on the first step. I appreciate you may have kept the labels generic for now (either for protecting the contents of the form or because you don't know what they will be), if that's the case you can ignore this comment :-)

Considering your audience, make sure there are no stray pixels anywhere! Also consider the golden ration, baseline grid, etc. ;-)

@Ryan Townsend Exactly that, the client hadn't specified the names of the steps, so to keep things simple I just went with generic names.
