Looking good :)
The only things that i spotted were
1. The Repositories section, the text on the top 2 are not centred and are different in size. I would put a little 1 pixel line along the bottom of each one to give affordance of a click and space them out evenly.
2. The Open issues tab options need to be horizontally spaced a little more the ID is closer to the Cog(settings) than the Title text.
Other than that it's looking awesome.

No worries it's a complex UI and when you are the one designing it you miss things, i do it all the time if i spend all day looking at it.
Can't wait to see other versions though :)

This is very nice! About the color scheme, I like the blues and grays, but I think the green in the labels is too dark / sinister. Maybe brighten that up, it could make a huge difference, I think...

Great work on this interface.
Just two remarks, as Miro said, the green is too dark and I would see the information button etched into the blue bar or with a subtle drop shadow to make it pop-out a little more.
