Oh yeah, about the visual. Instead of Zwifting myself today, I've gone into making my take on a "leaderboard" as well as location tracking in this practical example. I personally don't care much about where I am at the global or local ranking, what I do want is a fluid experience to join riders that are on a similar level (FTP = Functional Threshold Power) so I can ride and train with them. Instead of showing your position up the ranking, the app would showcase active riders that are around your position in the ranking, who you can then join into the virtual world named Watopia!
