Just an idea for the first icon. These are all crisp and easy to decipher, except that one for "edit" has the pencil crossing the stroke of the circle and the juxtaposition is causing a little strain for me. I added a quick cut at that intersection as well as around the pencil where it overlays the $ sign to regain more clarity.

Great texture, Matthew. The only thing that stands out to me is the pencil crossing over the dollar sign as much as it is doesn't feel right to me. Feels out of place or almost like it's crossing out the dollar sign. If you could make the pencil and dollar sign mesh a bit more so it feels more like "edit" I think that would be awesome.

I like the background texture, but it's really light. The white dropshadow effect to the text wouldn't look as good with the diagonal pattern any lighter. Tough call, maybe try noise pattern? Even though it's tremendously overdone now (thanks Dan).
