   The only problem is that my line work tends to be overly detailed. My goal is to work on simplifying a bit and get some more modern looking illustrations goin'. Growth opportunity!

    no need to simplify them at all imo,thing is simple is not always or a must decision at all,your line flow is nice which is skill and details are pretty dead on.Stay true to yourself dont simplify it :)
