Working through a drag & drop interface. Users build an action step like "Draft a white paper" and then choose a month for the step to take place. My current thinking is the columns need to be reversed to sound more human.
There no hierarchy, it's just visual separation. Helps on the right of the interface when you may have 25 items in a month and can see you have a whole lot of Resources to aquire in August, for example. Thanks for the feedback!
