Looks Great! Maybe make the screw teeth a bit thicker for smaller sizes as I have a feeling those will get lost if printed at smaller sizes. Just a thought. Great work Sean!

I agree although it looks good, it is a bit on the scary side. At least the client will know how it is all going to go down. No guide needed, just the cover will suffice.
