   It looks pretty. A little more glassy shimmer and sheen wouldn't be amiss. Bummer the client didn't like it, totally changing direction now?

   My eye is really drawn to the golden...clam shell? That has nice hues.

   Yeah, going in a new direction now. Client and I misunderstood each other I think. I don't put too much detail into these rough directions. Just enough to get the idea across, so they can poo-poo it more easily.

   The scratchy and wiry whiter parts in the background are excellent! Very nice, Simon.

   I often struggle with putting too much detail in the early phases; laboring over a subtle detail when I ought to move on.
