Bitterness

This is half of a painting I named "Bitterness". The other half of the painting is a jellyfish coming out of the man's chest. My idea was to personify bitterness as a jellyfish. Something that stings, something that is deadly when it stays inside of you. Through forgiveness, which is a painful process to go through, you actually do become free from bitterness and its poisonous fruits.
