    Inspired a lot by this shot, but like I said over there, I wanted to try a dark version.

    If it's not clear from the shot, it's supposed to be continuous with the "dark" status bar, and to do so a 70% black overlay is applied to whatever wallpaper the user has applied.

    Here's my take on what a mockup iOS5 notifications screen could look like more my style. I wanted to keep the linen there but not very much so if you opened up the notifications screen there'd be a smooth overlay covering your wall with a dash of vignette and the linen texture to keep the notification screen more sharp. Sure not everyone will like this but it's just a mockup. :D I uploaded a full res shot so you could see it full view. Just messed with some ideas and though I'd post a rebound of Dustin's AWESOME PSD. Love to hear your thoughts. Cheers!
