Needlepoint E & L Progression

This typeface started with the E so I didn't necessarily anticipate having to change it (and all the letters based on it) for consistency, but thats what I felt like I had to do... Anyways, this shot shows the progression. And larger image of the whole set is attached. What do you think - better or worse?
