Looking pretty good. Have you played around with adding any texture to it? Also, the shield on the car, is that shadow suppose to be like that? I think this works well.

I would have to agree that the front wheel looks a little off due to it's angle. I'd suggest angling it back a little more towards "straight". Also, the back wheel looks a little blocky compared to the curvature of the front wheel and I can see the back, shaded portion dipping in a bit that makes it feel hollow.
Overall all though Rogie, this is looking awesome bro. Great feedback from the client too!

Comin' down hard on ya today aren't they Rogie? I like it. Looks like you're going for that imperfect style and I really think it works. I would agree with the front wheel being off a bit, and maybe the shadow on the shield, unless you want it to look like it's fallin off the truck. :D But I like it overall. You have a very distinct style, good work.

Got one thought: is the shield towards the back of the truck supposed to look like it's actually a mounted shield or is it supposed to be more of a logo? Right now, to me, it looks like a physical object that's sticking off the truck. That is all. Great work man
