Some time ago we showed some shots of the GDPR Risk Tracker project. As a reminder: it is a web application available in the SaaS model. In the application, the user will be able to carry out a risk analysis and a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) required by the GDPR.  🙌

The scope of our work was:

• Landing page,

• Desktop application,

• Brand book

• Business cards and letterhead,

• Infographics,

• Social media graphic.

We mainly wanted the application to be user-friendly and intuitive. We wanted the functions it contains to be readable and easy to use for every user.

Risk analysis is part of the application functionality. We want to show you the functionality that will help you assess the impact on data protection in a few simple steps.

Data protection impact assessment (DPIA) 

Risk analysis is integrated with the personal data impact assessment. Technically speaking, DPIA is a tool that helps build personal data protection processes in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. A clear view shows all the implemented and entered into the risk assessment system.

Rate the result

In order to precisely assess the effects of data protection, the application also includes a panel in which we select the causes of the risk. In this functionality, the impact assessments are divided into: low, medium, high and critical.

Summary and recommendations

The final step is to generate the report and summarize the risk assessment. Many dependencies that should be taken into account when assessing risk are available with one click.

The GDPR Risk Tracker application is a solution dedicated to:

• Data protection officers,

• Offices and public administration,

• Law firms,

• E-commerce.
