Natwest Mobile Banking App Exploration

Recently Natwest published an independent service quality survey results for personal current accounts. I found it interesting and very transparent of them. Something I feel more companies and businesses should do more!

The result highlighted Natwest as '10th' for overall quality of service and likelihood for users to recommend them as a company.

As an account holder and active user of the Natwest mobile banking app I could help but feel their app has fallen slightly short of other more popular and new brands. I felt this a good opportunity to dust of my UI / UX design skills and undertake a new visual exploration.

After a small parity exercise and quick user flow through the app I redesigned some core pages I felt could brought more inline with the standard of other mobile banking apps keeping accessibility and usability as a key focus.
