Understand your emotions

When difficult emotions arise within us, our first instinct is often to try and avoid feeling them. to squash them, or cover them up with something else like work, or booze or boxsets, but we know from experience that when difficult feelings remain unfelt, they tend to pop back up again in overreactions and unuseful and unexpected explosions of emotion. In this coaching plan we’ll teach you the strategies and techniques you need in order to listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you, so you can give yourself the love and healing you need, and slowly but surely start to live happier every day.
